For most of my career, I was the person behind the scenes making everything work.

For over 15 years, I supported C-suite executives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, managing competing priorities, untangling messy operations, and turning big ideas into executable plans. I saw firsthand what happens when leaders carry too much alone… and what’s possible when the right systems and support are in place.

That experience is what led me here.

Today, through Latchman Consulting, I support founders, CEOs, and virtual assistants who are ready for more, more clarity, more structure, and more breathing room.
